We Believe That Every Filipino can Live an Abundant Life.
How Kapayaman Started

Kapayaman is a thriving community dedicated to empowering Filipino entrepreneurs with the right mindset, skills, and principles to achieve true success.
Though officially established in 2024, its roots go back nearly a decade to small gatherings of business-minded individuals seeking growth, guidance, and meaningful connections. Before Kapayaman, Boni de Jesus founded The Market Project (TMP), a movement where entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs met to discuss business, financial stewardship, and God's role in our businesses.
One of those who deeply resonated with its teachings was Aaron Paul, a member in TMP who was mentored by Boni. Eventually, Aaron and Boni shared a vision to reach more people in the marketplace. This led them to co-found Kapayaman—a new group with a heart to help Filipino entrepreneurs from anywhere in the Philippines or abroad through content and community.
During the pandemic, Kapayaman's reach expanded through content creation. With in-person meetings no longer possible, Boni de Jesus began sharing insights on faith, business, and financial wisdom on social media short videos. The response was overwhelming. Many resonated with the message—not just about making money, but about purpose, stewardship, and God's love.
In a world filled with get-rich-quick advice, many still felt lost. They were searching for guidance that aligned with their values. Kapayaman's message spoke to this need, offering real financial wisdom, timeless business principles, and a supportive community. What started as organic social media content quickly grew into a movement, attracting entrepreneurs looking for mentorship, guidance, and a space where they're encouraged to thrive and dream bigger.

Kapayaman stands by one simple belief: Every Filipino can live an abundant life.
We uphold character and skill development as our obedience to God. Today, Kapayaman is a community where people learn the truth, act in faith, and develop excellence.
Mission
To build a community of Filipino entrepreneurs who thrive and know their identity and purpose.
Vision
A Philippines where everyone has a chance to prosper in his/her own country.
8 Kapayaman Pillars
GOD WANTS YOU TO PROSPER
God wants to prosper us, but not at the cost of our health, soul, or relationships. His will is for us to prosper without sorrow (Prov. 10:22), finding rest in Him even as we work (Col. 3:23, Mt. 11:28-30). As we grow, those around us will prosper too.
YOU ARE DESIGNED TO CREATE
Made in God's image, we are born creators. Our ability to imagine, plan, and build reflects His design. Everything He created serves a purpose, and we are called to co-create with Him, adding value to others.
YOU ARE CALLED TO MANAGE
God created all things, but entrusted us to steward them well. Order, growth, and multiplication are our responsibilities—what we fail to manage, we risk losing.
GROW IN CHARACTER AND SKILLS
Excellence and integrity please God. Developing our character and skills is an act of obedience, positioning us for true prosperity.
YOU NEED TO BE PROFITABLE
A business that isn't profitable cannot sustain its mission. Like Adam, we are called to multiply and thrive—not just for ourselves, but to bless employees, customers, and communities.
GROW THROUGH COLLABORATION
Entrepreneurship isn't a solo journey. We achieve more by learning, sharing, and growing together.
CHANGE YOUR WORLD
We may not change the entire world, but we can transform our own. Through business, we uplift employees, support families, and improve lives.
Meet our Founders
Boni and Aaron first met in 2019 at an event by The Market Project (TMP). At the time, Aaron wasn't an entrepreneur or a man of faith, but through TMP's teachings, he found himself deeply ministered to and empowered. Along with a former co-founder, they started a small group that would eventually evolve into Kapayaman. Through their one-on-one conversations, Aaron developed a strong desire to share the wisdom he gained from Boni and TMP with more people, even beyond the church, believing that every Filipino needs to hear these life-changing teachings—ones that could empower entrepreneurs and transform the nation. Today, Boni and Aaron continue their journey, driven by a shared vision, faith in God, and a strong desire to empower people.
